Many challenges in corporate innovation come from the need to create a new business model when the existing route to market is not a fit for the new technology.
Over two years, we led in-market business model prototyping that helped to discover ways to overcome barriers in the consumer journey and ultimately designed a Go-To-Market model reaching target sales conversion rates.
We led the design of a go-to market strategy for a new low income consumer technology in Asia. This involved a new channel, pricing strategy, and business model. The work was iterative with the product informing the design of the business and vice versa. In addition, a community movement addressing post-consumer waste urban pollution was also designed as part of the overall offering.
